“The most popular film of the 2022 festival returns to the screens once again. The Worst Person in the World is a sensitive relationship drama that, with gentle humor and empathy, paints a portrait of a generation that grew up in conditions of excess freedom and opportunities. Renate Reinsve’s incredibly compelling performance invites viewers to recognize themselves in doubts, desires, and imperfections. This is one of Joachim Trier’s most striking works – a film you want to return to more than once.” (Programme curator Benita Paplauskaitė)
