Join the Vilnius Film Festival team as a volunteer and help create one of the country’s top cultural events!

Engage with cinema lovers, welcome renowned artists and transform movie theatres into perfectly orchestrated venues. Volunteers enjoy special screenings, free access to festival films, exciting parties, and more.

Application process has ended

Volunteer in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Klaipėda during the festival, March 9–22, 2026. Open to ages 16 and up. Applications close January 5th.

Cinema star
You will help to make sure that everything is working smoothly with screenings and all viewers would be happy.
Celebrities' BFF
You will assist festival guests from the moment their plane lands till the end of their visit. You will make sure the guests follow their schedule and would bring only the best memories home. Your advantage here is excellent knowledge of languages.
Festival GPS
All the information starts here at the infocenter. If you like remembering things and recommending films, we would be very happy to have you here.
