A hitman known as Ghost Dog owes his life to a mafia member, Louie, and follows all his orders unconditionally. This mysterious black assassin resides on a rooftop and lives by the code and philosophy of the samurai. His most loyal companions are pigeons that deliver messages with assignments. But the criminal world is ruthless – not everyone follows the code of honor, and in the end, Ghost Dog finds himself a target.
