“The director of 107 Mothers returns with another documentary that feels more like a feature film. Astrology skeptic Peter Kerekes put the project on hold for three years, but it took just one meeting with Luciana to change his mind. So, whether you believe that the alignment of stars influences us or not, Wishing on a Star will take you on a journey that explores the topics of loneliness, inner transformation, fate, and the power to change it.” (Programme curator Benita Paplauskaitė)
