Living in an isolated town and refusing to associate with most people around her, the twenty-three-year-old Marina is a creature hard to predict. Her world is shaped by her beloved David Attenborough documentaries, her architect father, and her sexually adventurous friend Bella. Instead of letting her behaviour be curbed by rules of human communication, Marina imitates the animals she sees on TV. However, as she goes on blossoming and exploring her animal passions, the young woman soon finds herself faced with the threat of her father’s impending death.
