What if a rainbow were not just a natural phenomenon, but a trace left behind by time travelers? In the year 2914, humans live in cloud colonies. Ten-year-old Arco, dreaming of seeing dinosaurs, steals his sister’s rainbow-colored time-travel suit. However, the flight fails – the boy falls to Earth in 2075, a world ravaged by ecological crises. There, he meets Iris, a girl cared for by a robot nanny named Mikki. Together, they set off on an adventure in search of a refractive gemstone that could send Arco back home.

“The cinema seat will turn into a time machine, briefly transporting us to the future. This Oscar-nominated animated film tells the story of growing up in a world where technology has the power to change almost everything except human connection. Together, we will reflect on responsibility, friendship, and the courage to dream and be ourselves, even when the world seems unfamiliar. Arco’s story reminds us that sometimes the greatest and most important journeys take place within us.” (Programme curator Benita Paplauskaitė)
