Enthusiastic country girl Saulė and modest single mother Ona are passionate cooks stuck in a canteen in Kaunas, Tasty. One day, without consulting Ona, Saulė signs them both up for a culinary reality show, where the main prize is their own restaurant. Saulė lies to the jury about their background, claiming that they are both qualified chefs from the restaurant called La Tasty. At first, everyone treats the tasty team as a joke, but their simple yet excellent recipes gradually turn them into audience favorites.
