The program is presented

Suffering from depression and anxiety, Paul decides to transform his life by becoming a simp – a devoted servant to women. Under the alter ego Simp Paul, he spends five or six days a week cleaning and tidying the homes of various dominatrixes, receiving money, food, and occasionally physical punishment in return. By sharing his eccentric routine on social media, Paul battles loneliness and depression while embracing life in the moment.

„Paul offers a glimpse into a subculture that challenges traditional notions of masculinity and fulfilment, raising questions about identity, desire, and many ways people seek meaning in their lives. If scrubbing a stove, cleaning windows, devoted servitude, and the crack of a whip across the backside can break the spell of depression, then so be it.“ (Programme curator Karolis Žukas)
