“Combining historical sources with contemporary medical knowledge and, above all, poignant personal experience, Elizabeth Sankey has created a rare multifaceted documentary—both essayistic in its sensitivity and grounded in fact. It is a must-see for anyone interested in culturally constructed myths and their influence on our collective thinking.” (Programme curator Vladas Rožėnas)
