“With an appealing touch of absurdity, balancing sharp wit and humour, Peacock elevates the “companion for hire” concept to a whole new level. This darkly comedic tale gleefully mocks the art world, sharply critiques the chase for ideals imposed by society, and explores the search for authenticity and genuine connection in a world obsessed with superficiality.” (Programme curator Karolis Žukas)
