Agim and Gëzim, identical twins in their thirties live in a sunlit silent apartment. They share a strong bond of brotherly love, run a common business, and both have been deaf since birth. Gëzim’s loving girlfriend Ana often joins them in their idyllic urban life. One day they receive news that changes everything: they have a rare genetic disease and will also lose their sight. All three are searching for ways to adapt to the brothers’ changing relationship with the world and each other.

“This film catches you off guard even if you know what is going to happen. The actors convincingly convey their characters gradually changing relationship with the outside world and the physical environment as their vision slowly fades. All this takes place in the bright interior of the apartment, with aesthetic details constantly activating the viewing process. And suddenly the realisation hits – there is a chasm between what I see as a viewer and what the characters experience. This strong physical sensation lasts for a long time.” (Ignė Smilingytė)
