For more than four years, acclaimed French artist and filmmaker Éric Baudelaire worked with twenty middle school students in the suburbs of Paris. Together with them he was looking for the form of a film of which they would truly be the subjects: its characters, its authors and its promise. Energetic, self-reflective and curious kids created a film about friendship, emancipation, trust, and the very process of film-making intended for a generation raised by selfies and YouTube.
„Nothing is imposed on young people in this film – he or she can speak freely in their own way. This film is for youngsters who care about the world they live in and for those who underestimate the ability of young people to contemplate and discuss about serious matters." (Mantė Valiūnaitė)
