Messes: a fine line between genius and excessiveness, ingenuity and overload. It is an intimate view over an irritating yet fascinating phenomenon. Do they dominate the chaos or does the chaos dominate them? "A Glorious Mess" gives complex insight into the everyday life of four hoarders. We go caving around their full treasure vaults, we discover their ingenious inventions and their dangerous makeshift things, and we browse through their vast archives. We experience the conflicts arising from their otherness when they have to deal with relatives, neighbors and institutions.
