Andreas M. Dalsgaard, who previously portrayed Antanas Mockus in the film "Cities on Speed: Bogotá Change", in this film follows his unorthodox presidential compaign. Antanas Mockus does all he can to reverse the vicious circle with an imaginative and positive election campaign. But can good ideas and an idealistic drive alone change an entire political culture, where violence is an institutionalised part of everyday life?

About Directors
Andreas M. Dalsgaard (b. in 1980 in Copenhagen, Denmark).
He graduated from the National Film School of Denmark as a fiction film director in 2009. Also, he has a degree in visual anthropology from Université Denis Diderot Paris VII in 2004 and a BA in Anthropology from University of Aarhus 2003. His hot topics documentaries were acknowledged by many significant festivals and awards: “Afghan Muscles” (2007), his debut as a documentary director, became The Best Documentary at AFI Los Angeles and got Open Eyes Award at Rome MedFilm Festival; “Cities on Speed - Bogotá Change” (2009) won The Audience award at IndieLisboa in Portugal.
