Sarajevo, 1960s. A People’s House decides to form a music band to keep the youngsters off the streets. One of its members is Dino, an introverted boy with a passion for hypnosis. When Dino is not spending his time in the attic practicing hypnosis he hangs out with his group of friends, listening to music and watching movies coming from the "outside world". One truly catchy song is Adriano Celentano’s Ventiquattromila baci, while a stripper called Dolly Bell appears in a scene of Alessandro Blasetti’s Europa di notte.
