Twelve year old Rado is almost a punk now. The problem is that he still lives with his parents in a block of flats of Sofia’s suburb. His father Mr. Stoychev, a water polo coach, thinks he has been and still is a good father. Therefore he cannot understand why his son wants to run away from home with the first junkies he has met on the street. Shelter is about this particular moment when communication between parents and children becomes impossible, no matter how each part tries hard. “Something wrong must have happened”, tirelessly repeats the mother. And if she was totally wrong? With fierce humor Shelter deals with the complex issue of education and parents’ responsibilities.
