The 82-year-old composer Eugeniusz Rudnik is a legend in electronic music circles. A pioneer in the electronic music in Poland and member of the legendary Polish Radio Experimental Studio, he discovered the value hidden in jagged, rejected sounds long before the rise of Djs, in a time when electronic music was created on equipment resembling more a scientific lab than a studio. He’s still creating music today with magnetic tape, scissors and sticky tape. This film does not simply illustrate, but creates beautiful visual trails that attract the eye via the ear – and returns it to the ear as heightened perception.
